| Ten tickets to the Beatles Portland show were given away in a contest sponsored by a Southgate Drug store that was located more than 200 miles away, in Washington State. The ten lucky winners were announced in the local newspaper. The winner of the above ticket, an 11 year old fan, lived too far away to be convenient to attend the show and ended up not being able to go. He has kept the ticket perfectly stored in the original envelope for the past 35 years. |
