All unused Maple Leaf Gardens tickets have a torn perforation (usually clean) at the bottom, with the 3rd section remaining in the ticket log. The 2nd perforation was torn upon admittance, thus voiding the ticket.

Toronto shares an interesting bit of history with four other cities in being the only places the Beatles performed on all three U.S. tours. The other cities and venues were:

  • Los Angeles (which included two Hollywood Bowl shows in 1964 & 1965, and one 1966 Dodger Stadium show)

  • San Francisco (which featured two shows at the Cow Palace in 1964 & 1965, plus the final show at Candlestick Park)

  • Chicago (at the International Amphitheatre in 1964 & 1966, and White Sox Park in 1965)

  • New York, which had the most appearances by far - 11, with performances on Ed Sullivan in 1964 & 1965, at Carnegie Hall in 1964, at Forest Hills in 1964, the Paramount Theater in 1964, and Shea Stadium in 1965 & 1966.
